Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or improper handling are not eligible for return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will arrange a suitable refund method with you

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Claro will cover the shipping costs

  • If the return is due to personal preference (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fees

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Opened personal care or hygiene products

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions stated above
